RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. So we can provide you the best service, please read the following information.
At this time Virginia Nin only processes orders that ship to USA addresses, including Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes. For international orders please contact us at: email@example.com. We will gladly answer your questions and try to accommodate your requests.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days-Monday thru Friday (9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.), excluding Federal and Puerto Rico Holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery. All items sold by Virginia Nin ship from our warehouse in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible and will ship within 2 to 3 business days pending merchandise availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM ET will begin processing the next business day.
Virginia Nin will contact you via e-mail if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information or identification for credit verification. Virginia Nin will ad a $2.00 handling fee to all shipments.
We use USPS as carrier of choice.
3. HOW TO RETURN
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number, within 15 days of original shipping date. Allow our Returns Department twenty four (24) hours to process your return request and provide a return authorization number. You will receive an email notification once your return request has been received and processed.
Your order will include an invoice, return form and/or customs documents. On your return form, write your return authorization number, check off items you wish to return and the reason.
Pack returns with adequate protective materials. Merchandise damaged in transit from improper packaging will not be accepted. We recommend you send your items to us in the same original packaging provided.
All returns must be postmarked and shipped within fifteen (15) days of the date of purchase.
Return label is not pre-paid. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Return shipping is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong items.
All our merchandise is quality inspected before shipping. If you find a product to be defective, please notify us as soon as possible to: email@example.com.
All items must be returned new, unworn, unaltered, in their original condition with all tags, cards, boxes or pouches included. Merchandise returned without the above will not be accepted.
4. FINAL SALES
All sales of items marked as SALE are final sale. Items cannot be returned for exchange or credit, unless received damaged, defective or the wrong items. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
All correctly returned merchandise entitled to refund, will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be notified via email of this transaction. Please note that your bank may need additional time to process and post this credit to your account once they have received the refund request from Virginia Nin.
Allow between two and four weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited and one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
